Meet Our Leadership Team
M. Kate Sallade, MS, BCBA, LBA
M. Kate Sallade is a pioneering force in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with a career spanning over a decade. As an Autistic adult and Autism mom, Kate brings a unique perspective and passion to her work. She is a staunch advocate for self-advocacy and individuality, ensuring that each student at ELI is seen and heard.
In 2019, Kate was honored with the Charles Kimber Award by the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis, recognizing her outstanding legislative advocacy efforts. Her hands-on approach at ELI includes training staff in crisis management, CPR, and first aid, while fostering strong relationships with families. Kate’s dedication to promoting independence and happiness in her students is at the heart of her work.
Ronald Diaz Almanza – Director of Education
Ronald Diaz Almanza, with a background in Psychology, leads our educational programs with a focus on student growth and academic excellence. His experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and passion for education drive his commitment to helping each child reach their potential.

Director of Operations
Kelsey Cash oversees the daily operations at ELI, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for students and families. Her expertise in education and child development, combined with her organizational skills, creates a supportive environment for all.
